I had the most frustrating customer service experience of my life last night. 

Also important to note is that at minimum he took a minute to reply to anything I said. This was a conversation that lasted over an hour. 

When he blackmailed me with the smiley, my head almost exploded with rage. 

I tried to contact Bioware to complain, but as of yet they have not followed up on my ‘open’ ticket.
